2021年3月17日下午，武汉市出入境管理局蔡队长、袁警官、李警官就来华留学生防诈骗事宜来我校开展指导工作。汉口学院留学生管理员组织在校留学生参加了此次讲座。教育讲座由袁警官主持，他在会上指出，新学期诈骗案件频发，而由于留学生群体语言不通，防诈骗安全意识薄弱，是电信诈骗的“重灾区”，学校应当予以高度重视，并向学生发放出入境管理局为高校制作的防诈骗宣传手册，随后指导学生学习手册重点要点以及防范措施。

    On the afternoon of March 17, 2021，Captain Cai, Officer Yuan and Officer Li from Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau came to our school to guide the international students to prevent fraud. The administrator of international students in Hankou University organized international students to attend the lecture. Officer Yuan hosted the lecture, he pointed out that fraud cases occurred frequently in the beginning of the semester due to language barrier and lack of anti-fraud awareness, college have to attach great importance to it. Then Officer Yuan handed out anti-fraud brochures and instructed them to learn preventive measures about anti-fraud.

     手册为中英文双语版本，列举了以签证办理、纳税、售票、欠款等各种诈骗手段，并提示学生如何防范并应对此类诈骗，将受骗风险降到最低。

    The handbook is bilingual in Chinese and English. It lists all kinds of possible fraud methods about visa processing, tax payment, ticket selling, and so on. It also tells students how to prevent and deal with such fraud, so as to minimize the risk of being cheated.

    我校将积极落实出入境管理局在讲座上提到的防诈骗管理办法，加大宣传力度，如张贴宣传海报，公示近期诈骗案例等等，警示学生在遇到金融电信诈骗时注意甄别，将金融电信诈骗扫出校园。

     Hankou University will strictly implement the anti-fraud measures mentioned by Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau in the lecture such as put up poster, post recent fraud cases in Wechat group to help students to distinguish the cases and keep themselves away from fraud.
